Gatsby is a product of Launch GTM AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Gatsby," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide AI powered lead generation and deal origination services for investment professionals through our website at getgatsby.ai and related applications, integrations, and services (together, the "Services").

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

  • Account information. Name, email address, company, job title, and password when you create an account or sign up for the Services.
  • Billing information. Payment details processed by our third party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Communications. Records of emails, messages, call notes, and other correspondence when you contact us or work with our team.
  • Campaign content. Messaging templates, targeting criteria, offer details, and other materials you give us to run outreach on your behalf.

Information from connected accounts

When you connect a third party account to the Services (for example Google, LinkedIn, a CRM, or a messaging tool), we access only the data needed to provide the Services you request, such as:

  • Google account data. If you connect a Google account, we may access your email address, profile information, and, where you grant permission, Gmail data such as drafts, messages, and threads, solely to provide features like drafting, sending, and organizing outreach on your behalf.
  • CRM and outreach platform data. Contact records, deal records, campaign data, and message history from platforms you connect.

You can disconnect a linked account at any time from your account settings or the third party platform's security settings.

Prospect and business contact data

To provide lead generation services, we process business contact information about prospects, such as names, job titles, company names, business email addresses, and public LinkedIn profile information. This data comes from our clients, from public sources, and from licensed third party data providers. We process this data on behalf of our clients to identify and reach relevant counterparties.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website or use the Services, we automatically collect usage details, IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, pages viewed, and referral URLs. We collect this using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work if cookies are disabled.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
  • Run outreach campaigns and lead generation workflows you have engaged us to perform.
  • Set up, secure, and manage your account, and provide customer support.
  • Process payments and send invoices, receipts, and account notices.
  • Send service updates, and, with your consent or as permitted by law, marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.
  • Analyze usage to improve performance, develop new features, and protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. Google API Services: Limited Use Disclosure

Gatsby's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

  • We only use Google user data to provide and improve user facing features of the Services that you have requested.
  • We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice to you.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising.
  • We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless you have given us affirmative permission, it is necessary for security purposes, it is required to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
  • We do not use Google user data, including Gmail data, to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers. Vendors that help us operate the Services, such as cloud hosting, data enrichment, email and LinkedIn outreach infrastructure, CRM platforms, analytics, and payment processing. They are bound by contractual obligations to keep information confidential and use it only to provide services to us.
  • At your direction. For example, when you ask us to send outreach from your accounts, sync data to your CRM, or share campaign results with your team.
  • Legal compliance. To comply with a court order, law, or legal process, or to respond to a government or regulatory request.
  • Protection of rights. Where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Gatsby, our clients, or others, including fraud prevention.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you without restriction.

5. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.

6. Data Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information.
  • Access a copy of your personal information.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your personal information.
  • Opt out of targeted advertising or certain processing.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address in the Contact section below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal information under one of these legal bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, or your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Prospect data requests. If you are a prospect who received outreach through our Services and want to know what information we hold, correct it, or have it removed from our and our clients' campaigns, email us and we will process the request and suppress your details from future outreach.

8. Children's Privacy

The Services are for business use and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third Party Sites and Services

The Services may link to or interoperate with third party websites and platforms, including LinkedIn, Google, and CRM providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them. Gatsby is not associated with or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation or Google LLC.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the effective date above. For material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice in the Services. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
